Shipping

The cost of shipping is automatically added to your order and includes VAT. We endeavour to keep shipping costs to a minimum whilst maintaining a fast and reliable service. We can usually accomodate even the most demanding requirements.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product then please contact our customer service team who will be more than happy to assist you with your problem. We will refund or exchange any faulty goods.

If you have ordered a personalised product we regret that we cannot provide a refund or exchange service unless the product is found to be damaged on arrival or faulty. We can, however, provide you with credit up to the value of the product assuming it is returned in an unworn or unused condition.

We cannot accept the return of any worn goods unless they have developed a fault, in which case, please contact our customer service team. In the case of personal items such as underwear, we cannot accept the return of them unless they are still in the original sealed packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
